In Spanish law "Real Decreto 486/1997" states that employees shouldn't be subjected to harsh environmental conditions that pose a threat to their safety or health. That the temperature of areas where light work is carried out should be between 14 and 25ºC and that the relative humidity between 30 & 70%.
